Do I need a doctor's referral for physical therapy in Texas?

What happens at my first physical therapy visit?
Your first visit is a full one on one evaluation. Your therapist goes over your history, tests your strength, range of motion and movement, and explains what they find in plain language. You leave with a written plan and exercises to start at home.
What is the $10 Supervised Exercise Program?
Once your insurance visits run out, you can keep training in our facility for $10 a visit, supervised by our team. It helps you hold onto the strength and mobility you built in therapy instead of losing it after discharge.
What are your hours?
We're open Monday through Thursday from 7:00a to 7:00p, closed for lunch from 12:00p to 2:00p, and Friday from 7:00a to 1:00p. We're closed Saturday and Sunday. Early and evening appointments make it easier to fit therapy around work and school.
Do you see patients from Hondo, LaCoste and Rio Medina?
Yes. We're right on Highway 90 in Castroville, a short drive for patients from Hondo, LaCoste, Rio Medina, Devine and the west side of San Antonio. Parking is right out front of the clinic.
