Our story
Built in Castroville, for Castroville
Castroville Physical Therapy & Sport Rehabilitation opened its doors in 2010 with a simple idea: a small town deserves big league care without the drive into the city. Fifteen years later, we've grown into a 5,000 square foot facility. We've stayed exactly what we started as. Independent. Locally owned. Answerable to the people who walk through our door, not a corporate office three states away.
That independence shows up in how we work. You get one therapist who knows your name, your history, and your goals, and you keep that same therapist through your whole recovery. We take the time to find out why something hurts before we start treating where it hurts. And when the plan calls for it, we don't hand you a sheet of exercises and wave goodbye. We put you through the cutting, landing and sprinting your sport demands, right here in the clinic, and make sure you're truly ready.
