Castroville Physical Therapy & Sport Rehabilitation is an outpatient rehabilitation center at 2309 US-90 W in Castroville, TX. Physical therapists, physical therapist assistants and athletic trainers work together in a 5,000 square foot facility with a full rehab floor and conditioning equipment. Open Monday to Thursday 7a to 12p and 2p to 7p, and Friday 7a to 1p. Call (830) 538-3344.

Rehabilitation center questions
Is this an inpatient rehab facility?
No. We are an outpatient rehabilitation center, so you come in for your session and go home the same day. If you are leaving the hospital or an inpatient unit, we are usually the next step once you can travel to appointments.
Do I need a referral for rehab?
Texas lets you start physical therapy without a referral for a limited time, and after surgery your surgeon will usually send a prescription and protocol anyway. Some insurance plans still require a referral, so call (830) 538-3344 and we will check before your first visit.
What happens when my insurance visits run out?
You can keep training here through the Supervised Exercise Program for $10 a visit. It is not billed to insurance, and our team still watches your form and adjusts the plan.
How far is the clinic from Hondo and San Antonio?
We are on Highway 90 West in Castroville, about 20 minutes from Hondo and roughly half an hour from the west side of San Antonio. Parking is right out front.
