Small clinic, big facility, no corporate playbook
Castroville Physical Therapy & Sport Rehabilitation has been locally owned since 2010. We are not a franchise and we do not answer to a regional office. That shows up in how we treat patients (one therapist, start to finish, no double booking) and in how we treat staff.
The facility is 5,000 square feet under one roof, with an open treatment floor, a cardio row, and room for sport specific work. Physical therapists, PTAs, athletic trainers, and PT technicians all work under one roof and actually talk to each other about patients. Castroville is 30 minutes from San Antonio, so you get the city when you want it and a community that knows your name the rest of the time.

Physical Therapists and PTAs
Licensed in Texas, comfortable with orthopedic and sports caseloads, and happy to keep the same patient from evaluation to discharge.
Athletic Trainers
BOC certified, at home on a sideline, and interested in running return to play programming in a facility built for it.
PT Technicians and Front Office
Physical therapy technicians who want to learn alongside a clinical team, and front office staff who can run a schedule and make a nervous patient feel welcome.

Physical Therapist, Pediatric and Neuro (part time)
We are building a pediatric and neurological program in Castroville and want the therapist who will help shape it from day one. This role starts part time with the potential to grow into a full time position as the program grows. Texas PT license required; pediatric or neuro experience strongly preferred.
Physical Therapist Assistant (PRN)
As needed PTA to treat a primarily orthopedic and sports medicine caseload alongside our therapists and athletic trainers. Manual therapy skills are a plus. Texas PTA license required.
