Your evaluation
You'll sit down one on one with your therapist for a full assessment of your history, your movement, and your goal. No rushing.
Your plan
You leave knowing what's going on, what recovery looks like, and what your first steps are. Then we get to work.
What to bring
- Photo ID and insurance card
- Any physician referral, if you have one
- Imaging or reports (X-ray, MRI), if applicable
- Comfortable clothes you can move in
Insurance & payment
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, most major carriers and workers' comp, and we verify your coverage before your first visit. Not sure about your plan? Call and we'll check whether we're contracted with it.
