A straight shot east on 90
Hondo is the Medina County seat and the biggest town west of us on the corridor, but it does not have a clinic with a sports performance facility and athletic trainers under one roof. We do, and we are about 16 miles east on the same highway you already drive for work, school, or the H-E-B.
Plenty of our patients come from Hondo. Owls athletes rehabbing a knee or shoulder before playoffs. Ranchers and oilfield workers with backs that have been asked to do too much. Retirees recovering from a joint replacement done in San Antonio who would rather not drive into the city three times a week for the follow up. The drive is easy, the parking is right out front, and you get the same therapist every visit.

Football, volleyball, baseball, softball, track. We coordinate with your school trainer and coach, and return to play testing happens on our training floor, not in a hallway.

Ranch, ag, oilfield, and trade work put a lot on the back, shoulders, and knees. We treat the injury and fix the movement pattern that caused it so you are not back in six months.

Getting here from Hondo
Take Highway 90 east out of Hondo. Stay on it through D'Hanis and past the Medina River. We are on the right side of the highway just as you come into Castroville, at 2309 Highway 90 West.

Is it worth driving from Hondo to Castroville for physical therapy?
For most people, yes. The drive is about 20 minutes on Highway 90 with no city traffic, and you get a facility and a team you will not find closer: a 5,000 square foot sports performance space, athletic trainers, and one therapist for your whole recovery.
Can you coordinate with my surgeon or doctor in San Antonio or Hondo?
Yes. With your permission we send progress notes and follow the protocol your surgeon set. Many Hondo patients do their surgery in San Antonio and their rehab here.

What about after my visits run out?
The $10 Supervised Exercise Program lets you keep training in our facility under our team's supervision. A lot of Hondo patients combine it with errands in Castroville.
Do you treat Hondo student athletes?
Every season. We work with Hondo ISD athletes across sports and talk directly with coaches and trainers about return dates.
